FAYETTEVILLE -- The disciplinary panel for Arkansas attorneys reprimanded a Fayetteville lawyer Thursday.
The state Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct issued an official reprimand to Fayetteville lawyer Robert Ragon White.
The committee ruled that White violated several rules in representing a client in a medical malpractice case. White should have informed his client that a potential conflict of interest existed between White and the defendant doctor, and should have moved forward with the case with reasonable diligence, the committee ruled.
White was fined $250 for the infractions.
