    Komen Pretty In Pink

    Gates for the Pretty In Pink: Rock the Runway 2007 fundraiser for the Ozark Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure will open at 7 p.m. Sept. 25 at the Downtown Fayetteville Municipal Parking Lot (the Walton Arts Center parking area). Music from MAR and Amanda Scarlett and headliners Kellie Pickler and Edwin McCain and fashion show featuring clothing line Shadang will begin at 8:30 p.m.

    VIP cabanas are $2,500, with space accommodating 10 people. VIP tickets are $100, and general admission tickets are $50.

    Komen Pink Trash Ball

    The Susan G. Komen Ozark Affiliate will host the inaugural Pink Trash Ball from 9 p.m. to midnight Sept. 28 at George's Majestic Lounge in Fayetteville. Individual tickets are $50 and can be purchased through the affiliate office. Suggested attire is "from casual to outrageous." Guests will enjoy heavy hors d'oeuvre and live music from Big Uns.     Pink Ribbon Luncheon

    The Susan G. Komen annual Pink Ribbon Luncheon will be at 11:30 a.m. Oct. 4 at the Springdale Holiday Inn. Tickets are $35. Information: 750-7465.

    Gentlemen Of Distinction

    The Bill Fleemen Gentlemen of Distinction Fashion Show and Awards to benefit HOPE -- Helping Oncology Patients Excel will be at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 12 at the John Q. Hammons Convention Center in Rogers. The evening will feature dinner, a fashion show, awards and live auction. Tickets are $100. Information: Heather Keenen, 571-4673.

    Redneck Tailgate

    The inaugural Redneck Tailgate is slated for 7 to 10 p.m. Oct. 12 at Dickson Street Theater, Fayetteville to benefit the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and the Arkansas Cancer Research Center.
