Tonya Patrick has joined the Bank of Fayetteville as vice president and general counsel. Patrick's duties will include management of problem loans, supervision of outside counsel and litigation, and management of special assets. Patrick will also provide general legal support for the bank. Patrick previously worked as an attorney in a private practice in Fayetteville.
Shannon Samples Newton has been promoted to vice president of the Arkansas Trucking Association, the statewide lobby group that represents the trucking industry. Newton joined the association as its director of corporate services in 2003.
Amanda Tolley has been promoted to vice president mortgage lending at Signature Bank of Arkansas. Tolley previously worked for Signature Bank as a mortgage loan originator. Her office is located at 1071 Har-Ber Lakes Drive in Springdale.
Luke Harper has been promoted to teller supervisor at the Farmington office of First Federal Bank. Harper is responsible for performing customer service duties; assisting regional supervisors with audits; opening new accounts; overseeing vault, safe deposit, and general branch operations; and providing leadership, training and support to tellers.
Matt Leftwich, a long time employee and senior engineer at Space Photonics, Inc. has been promoted to chief operating officer. Leftwich has worked for the company since its founding in 1999, leading many efforts in the area of advanced fiber optic communications networks for avionics and space applications.
Caren Lyne, R.N., B.S.N., of Fayetteville has been promoted to the position of chief nursing officer at Northwest Medical Center - Springdale. Lyne joined Northwest Health System in 1994. She most recently served as director of patient care services. Lyne is now responsible for overseeing the hospital's entire nursing staff and nursing processes.
