On the agenda:
• Rezoning 32 acres on the east side of Silent Grove Road along Interstate 540 owned by Easy Street Leasing from agricultural to neighborhood commercial; of 4.1 acres on the north side of Arkansas 264, east of Hickory Street, from low/medium density single family residential to warehouse district.
• A large-scale development for the Waterfront at Har-Ber Meadows of two condominium buildings on the east side of Founder's Park Drive owned by Pennington Development.
• A one-year extension for a large-scale development at 4183 Elm Springs Road for a Microtel hotel.
• An ordinance to require scaled drawings to be included with variance requests.
• An ordinance to amend the zoning ordinance to conform with an ordinance passed to ban open-air sales of animals.
• A replat of lots 7 and 8 of Har-Ber Meadows Phase IV.
• A conditional use at 4392 Reed Ave. for a tandem lot split. The site is outside the city limits but inside the Springdale planning area.
• A final plat for Parker's Place Phase I, on the south side of Elm Springs Road and the west side of Oak Grove Road.
