    The Small Business Development Center along with Alexis Information Systems, will host a day-long seminar focused on Web site design. The seminar will be held at the SBDC, Sam M. Walton School of Business at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. There will be two sessions: Web site Design I: Basic and Web Site Design II: Advanced.     Credit Counseling of Arkansas will conduct credit report reviews between 10 a.m. and noon, with an afternoon session from 1 to 6 p.m. Shredding is available between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. The Arkansas Attorney General's office will hold identity theft seminars at noon and 6 p.m. These seminars last roughly one hour. In Springdale the sessions will be held at First Security Bank, 100 W. Emma on Oct. 24: Identity theft seminar at noon, document shredding between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., credit report reviews from 9:30 a.m. to noon.     Northwest Arkansas Community College and Creative Health Care Solutions are offering a workshop for health care administrators interested in reducing waste and errors, while also improving customer service.
