    Credit Counseling of Arkansas will conduct credit report reviews between 10 a.m. and noon, with an afternoon session from 1 to 6 p.m. Shredding is available between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. The Arkansas Attorney General's office will hold identity theft seminars at noon and 6 p.m. These seminars last roughly one hour.     Northwest Arkansas Community College and Creative Health Care Solutions are offering a workshop for health care administrators interested in reducing waste and errors, while also improving customer service. The introductory workshop will be at the NWACC Shewmaker Center for Workforce Technologies in Bentonville. Cost is $1995 per person.
