Poker Tournament
Northwest Arkansas Animal Rescue
A Texas Hold 'em poker tournament to benefit Northwest Arkansas Animal Rescue is slated for Saturday at the Rogers-Bentonville Elks Lodge, 501 S. 40th St., Rogers.
Tournament play will be limited to the first 100 players. The lodge will be open for entrants at 1 p.m. Opening remarks begin at 2 p.m. with play immediately following. Prizes will be awarded at several levels.
Tickets are $50 and may be purchased at Big Wag Dog Bakery, 2301 W. Walnut St., Suite 23, Rogers, or online on Big Wag's Web site at www.bigwag.com.
Money raised will help fund a mobile spay/neuter clinic, cover operating costs and protect animals.

Eleanor's Eyes
A Benefit For Eleanor Rose Suttle
A silent auction, culinary delights and live music by Tiffany Christopher and Kevin Bennoch on Saturday will aid Eleanor Rose Suttle, daughter of Clayton and Meredith Suttle.
The event will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Fayetteville.
Tickets are $10.
Eleanor was diagnosed with bilateral retinoblastoma (cancer in both eyes) on June 13, 2007.
She has undergone treatment at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tenn., and has been referred to MPRI in Bloomington, Ind.
Diamonds, Denim & Dice
Rebuilding Together
The third annual Diamonds, Denim & Dice fundraiser to benefit Rebuilding Together of Northwest Arkansas will be from 6 to 11 p.m. Saturday at Quail Unlimited, five miles west of Bentonville on Arkansas 72.
The evening will feature casino games, auction, dinner and dancing to the music of Deuce Eleven.
Tickets are $75 or $800 for a table for 10 and are available by calling 725-2488.
Starlight Charity Ball
Northwest Arkansas Children's Shelter
The Northwest Arkansas Children's Shelter will host the annual Starlight Charity Ball from 5:30 to 11 p.m. Saturday at the Northwest Arkansas Convention Center in Springdale.
The evening will include dinner, silent and live auctions, music and dancing. Tickets are $75 or $600 for a table for eight.

Alzheimer's Association
Cherish Every Moment: An Evening to Remember to benefit the Alzheimer's Association is slated for 6:30 p.m. Saturday at the John Q. Hammons Center in Rogers. Honorary chairmen for the event are Gen and Frank Broyles.
The event will feature fine food, celebrity guests and a festive live auction. Tickets for the black-tie optional event are $150.

Voyage 2008
Circle Of Life
Voyage 2008 ... 'Til Midnight in Morocco to benefit Circle of Life Hospice will be from 7 p.m. to midnight Nov. 15 at the Northwest Arkansas Convention Center in Springdale.
The evening will feature dinner from area restaurants, live entertainment from Roy Jennings and the Smooth Woody Band and silent and live auction items, including a 2008 Harley Davidson VRSCD Night Rod motorcycle.
Tickets are $75. Sponsorships are available for $5,000, $2,500, $1,000 and $600.

Association Of Fundraising Professionals
The Association of Fundraising Professionals will celebrate National Philanthropy Day with a luncheon beginning at 11:30 a.m. Nov. 19 at the Embassy Suites in Rogers.
This year's honorees are Hannah and Greg Lee, David Banks, The Schmieding Foundation Inc., Micki Harrington, Zero Mountain, Junior League of Northwest Arkansas and David Lashley.

Mercy Health Foundation
The 16th annual O Night Divine Charity Ball and Auction to benefit the Mercy Health Foundation of Northwest Arkansas will begin at 6 p.m. Dec. 6 at the John Q. Hammons Center in Rogers.
The evening will feature dinner, a live auction and dancing. Tickets for the black-tie event are $200 or $2,000 for a table for ten. Sponsorships are available from $700 to $25,000.

Top Chefs And Rock Stars
Peace At Home
The second annual "Top Chefs and Rock Stars" benefit for Peace at Home Family Shelter is slated for 5:30 p.m. Dec. 15 at the Fayetteville Town Center.
The event will feature local chefs competing in five categories for the honor of Top Chef. Event guests will sample the work of competing chefs, hear several local bands and bid on private concerts from those bands. Some of the competing chefs also will donate for auction full-course meals, to be prepared in auction winners' homes.
