Ginger Hamrick, R.N., of Farmington has been named medical affairs manager for Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield’s Northwest Region. The Northwest Region, one of seven regions operated by Arkansas Blue Cross and headquartered in Fayetteville, consists of nine counties: Baxter, Benton, Boone, Carroll, Madison, Newton, Searcy and Washington. Hamrick will oversee medical affairs programs and assist with case management for the region. Prior to joining Arkansas Blue Cross, she was a pediatric nurse at St. Joseph’s Mercy Health Center in Hot Springs. Hamrick has a degree in nursing from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Her and her husband, Philip, have four children.
The Arkansas & Missouri Railroad has announced the appointment of Rick Hall as Chief Financial Officer. Rick is a graduate of Geneva College with a bachelor of science in business administration and a bachelor of arts in economics with research honors. He has been a member of the Institute of Management Accountants for the past 11 years. Rick, his wife Monica, and children are residents of Fayetteville.
The Northwest Arkansas SCORE chapter has named William E. Redrow of Bella Vista a Counselor Emeritus. The award recognizes Redrow's meritorious service, contribution and accomplishment on behalf of the chapter. This is an honored volunteer position that allows members to continue to associate with and serve SCORE chapters around the country in an as-needed advisory capacity. SCORE is a nonprofit association dedicated to educating entrepreneurs and the formation, growth and success of small business nationwide. SCORE is a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration. Redrow has been with NWA SCORE since 1996. He has more than 40 years of corporate insurance and risk management experience.
Danah Redmond of Centerton has been promoted to Gold Designer status with Home & Garden Party. To earn the designation, Redmond had to have sponsored three team members and monthly sales of $300 or more. Home & Garden Party specializes in tabletop stoneware, candles, framed art and home d/cor. Its products are sold via home parties conducted by thousands of registered Designers from coast-to-coast in the United States.
Arvest Asset Management has hired Nathan Willis as client advisor-trust specialist at the downtown Rogers bank. Willis specializes in a variety of trust and investment services including revocable and irrevocable trusts, estate settlement and retirement services. Willis graduated from Bentonville High School and received his bachelor of arts degree in English from the University of Arkansas. After completing his undergraduate work, Willis attended the University of Arkansas School of Law. He previously worked for Dossey & Burke, PLC in Bentonville.
