    • Patty Hudson joins Arvest Bank as client advisor, trust specialist for its Bentonville and Bella Vista locations. Hudson will be filling a position responsible for the administration, development and maintenance of complex trusts and IRAs. She will help manage customers' financial relationships at Arvest Bentonville. Returning to Northwest Arkansas from Wichita, Kan., Hudson has more than 20 years of banking experience. She has 10 years of trust experience. A graduate of Friends University, Wichita (Kan.), Hudson holds a bachelor's degree in human resource management. She is a certified financial planner and certified trust and financial advisor. Hudson graduated from Rogers High School and also attended Wichita State University. Hudson and her husband, Ralph, have five children and seven grandchildren.

    • Darrin Storms, DDS, of Storms Orthodontics has been selected for the 2008 Best of Fayetteville Award in the Orthodontics category by the U.S. Local Business Association. Three-year-old Storms Orthodontics is located at 4102 N. Mall Ave. The USLBA "Best of Local Business" Award program recognizes outstanding local businesses that enhance the image of small business. The USLBA is a Washington, D.C.,-based organization funded by local businesses operating in towns across America.
